GINO MOTISKO / APPLIED AI PRACTICE LEADERSHIP

Lead the practice.
Know the work.

I lead AI consulting work, shape client commitments, and build teams that can deliver them.

I connect the objective, the expertise, and the decisions that move work forward. I delegate with clear ownership, review what comes back, and adjust when the evidence changes. That same thinking shapes the AI systems I design.

A FEW THINGS I’VE HELPED MAKE HAPPEN

Winning the work.

My role and program background →

CMMI DEVELOPMENT LEVEL 3

Led the implementation behind the achievement.

I led the operating process, supporting tools, training, and audit preparation that put the capability into practice.

The operating work behind it →

01 / JUDGMENT UNDER PRESSURE

The decisions behind
a healthy practice.

Forecasts, commitments, and people rarely line up neatly. My job is to work through those gaps before they become expensive problems.

02 / PEOPLE & CAPABILITY

A strong practice
needs sound judgment.

I work closely with recruiting to distinguish demonstrated AI capability from a convincing résumé. I look for curiosity, technical reasoning, and the ability to explain a decision under questioning.

Once a team is in place, my role is to establish ownership, remove barriers, and give specialists room to deliver.

How I assess and support talent →

03 / TECHNICAL DEPTH, PUT TO WORK

I still build.
It makes me a better leader.

My independent products keep my technical judgment current. They are where I test the costs, failure modes, and tradeoffs I ask teams to consider.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

I’ve done the work.
I understand the stakes.

I’m Gino. My career has taken me from service desk and development to architecture, program leadership, and business operations. I like teams that can tell the truth early and clients who leave a conversation knowing what to do next.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Let’s talk about
the practice you want to build.

Building an AI practice takes client trust, capable people, and realistic commitments. That is the work I want to lead.
